Where can I see if a product is available in the store?

On the product detail pages, in the “Stock Availability” section, you will find information on whether the desired item is available

• for shipping,
• for collection in the store (Click & Collect),
• or both are available.

This allows you to see directly whether you can receive your desired item conveniently at home or collect it in person from our store in Berlin.

Why is not every product available for Click & Collect?

Our online store and our Berlin store currently use separate inventories. This means that some items are only available online, while others are only available in the store. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to combine both warehouses directly - for example, in one order.

We are already working on a solution to make this process even easier and more flexible for you in the future - e.g., through local delivery options or so-called “split fulfillments”. Until then, we ask for your patience and understanding if something cannot be combined as expected.

Is Click & Collect also available in other stores or for shipping from Berlin?

We currently only offer Click & Collect in the Merz b. Schwanen flagship store in Berlin. Shipping directly from the store is currently not planned, but will be reviewed in the medium term. As soon as something changes here, we will of course be happy to inform you and recommend signing up for our newsletter (at the bottom of our homepage at merzbschwanen.com).
