Please note that we can only take back goods that are in their original, unworn condition, unwashed, and including the box or packaging.

Therefore, please always use a shipping carton for returns.
We cannot accept unprotected returns in the original packaging (manufacturer's box used as shipping carton).

Unfortunately, the item does not appear to have been returned to us in its original condition. Our returns department thoroughly checks all returns for conditions, defects, or odors. If an item has defects, has been worn, or has already been washed, we will unfortunately have to reject your return as we cannot resell the item.
